This policy explains how Vista Ventures Holding INC (“Batch Builder”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects information in connection with the Batch Builder platform and the website at batch.rainbowthecc.com (the “Service”). 1. Who this policy is for
Batch Builder is a business-to-business tool. Our users are businesses and the people they authorise to operate advertising on their behalf. We do not knowingly provide the Service to consumers or to anyone under 18.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — name, business name, email address and login credentials of the people you authorise to use the Service.
- Meta Platform Data — when you connect a Meta ad account, Business, Page or pixel, we access data through the Meta Marketing API strictly to operate the Service for you: ad account and Business identifiers, Page and pixel identifiers, the campaign, ad set and ad objects you create, creative assets you upload, and advertising insights such as spend, impressions and results.
- Usage and technical data — log data, IP address, device and browser information, and actions taken in the Service, used for security, debugging and reliability.
We do not collect the personal Facebook or Instagram profile data of the people who see your ads, and we do not build advertising profiles of individuals.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Service — creating and managing the campaigns you instruct us to create.
- To display advertising insights back to you for the accounts you connect.
- To secure, maintain, debug and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use Meta Platform Data to advertise to individuals, to build user profiles, or for any purpose other than providing the Service to the business that authorised the connection.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies we rely on: performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)); our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service (Art. 6(1)(f)); and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
5. Sharing
We share information only with: Meta Platforms, Inc., as necessary to make the API calls you instruct; infrastructure sub-processors that host and secure the Service, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations; an AI text-classification provider (OpenRouter, Inc.), which receives the text of comments on your own Page posts solely to classify them for your comment-moderation queue and for no other purpose; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell or rent data.
6. Storage, security and retention
Access tokens and credentials are stored encrypted at rest. We apply access controls, encryption in transit (TLS) and least-privilege practices. We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect an account or close your account we delete or de-identify the associated Platform Data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. International transfers
We may process data in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate. Where data leaves the EEA or UK we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to request deletion of Platform Data, see Data deletion or contact info@vista4ventures.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
9. Meta Platform compliance
Our use and transfer of information received from the Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including any limited-use requirements.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new effective date above and, for material changes, notify account holders.
