You are in control of the data connected to Batch Builder. You can remove your data in either of the following ways.
Option 1 — Disconnect or revoke access
Remove Batch Builder from your Meta Business settings
(Business settings → Integrations / Connected apps → Remove), or disconnect the account
inside the Service. Revoking access stops all further processing immediately.
Option 2 — Request full deletion
Email info@vista4ventures.com from your account address with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and the ad account or Business ID(s) involved. We will delete or de-identify all associated Platform Data and account data within 30 days and confirm in writing, except where retention is required by law.
What gets deleted
- Stored access tokens and connection credentials for the disconnected assets.
- Cached ad account, Page, pixel, campaign, ad set and ad records.
- Cached advertising insights associated with those accounts.
- Uploaded creative references and batch history for your account.
Records we are required to keep for legal, tax or security purposes are retained only for as long as the law requires, and remain protected under our Privacy policy.
